This monthly report provides analysis on major incidents that were reported during the month of November in PA controlled areas, Hamas controlled areas, and Israeli controlled areas. 
This monthly report provides analysis on major incidents that were reported during the month of November in PA controlled areas, Hamas controlled areas, and Israeli controlled areas. While the overall security threat level has decreased this month in the West Bank compared to previous months, it increased in the Gaza Strip. In PA controlled areas, an unarmed Palestinian was shot and killed by ISF in Al-Arroub Refugee Camp RC on Nov. 15th. In Hamas controlled areas, airstrikes were launched by the Israeli Air Force on Gaza City on Nov. 12th and killed Baha Abu al-Ata; a senior figure from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, as well as his wife, in a rare targeted assassination. In addition, in Israeli controlled areas, four reportedly Iranian rockets were fired from Syria at the Golan Heights on Nov. 19th however, causing no casualties. This report also focuses on the current political situation in these areas, as well as bringing attention to upcoming events that are expected to take place during the upcoming month.
